Pre-Orders & Payments

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment system. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Discount codes are valid for first-time pre-orders only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Pickup & Delivery

Pre-ordered dishes must be picked up at the designated location and time specified in your confirmation email. Chef D is not responsible for dishes not picked up within the designated timeframe. Refunds are not available for uncollected orders.

Private Bookings

Private chef bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Reviews & User Content
